We are looking for a couple of outgoing individual to help us through our busy time. We have Seasonal Full-time & Part-time Customer Service Specialist positions available. The positions will begin mid-September and is expected to last until the end of March.
Your primary responsibilities will be providing customer service to our customers over the phone and through written communication.
The position will focus on the Distributor hotline - quoting pricing, handling account issues, processing shipping errors, answering warranty questions and fulfilling literature requests and the eStore line – taking orders, upselling, and answering account questions.
Pre-employment, post-offer drug screening as well as a background screening are required for all positions.
