Tremendous growth, expansion into new markets, and the need to build benchstrength on our sales team has created an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic entry-level sales trainee to participate in an immersive one year to 18-month sales training program at the Aprilaire company headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin. Through a mix of classroom time and hands-on experience, recruits will learn Aprilaire culture and develop business acumen and industry knowledge that prepares them to manage their own territory. Upon successful completion of the program, they will have the opportunity to transition to the next District Sales Manager (DSM) position that becomes available.
