    We are looking for an outgoing individual to help us through our busy time as a Seasonal, Full-time Customer Service Specialist.  The position is expected to begin in October and continue through March 2019. 

    Responsibilities

    Your primary responsibilities will be providing customer service to our customers over the phone and through written communication. 

     

    The position will focus on:

    • The Distributor hotline – quoting pricing, handling account issues, processing shipping errors, answering warranty questions and fulfilling literature requests
    • The eStore line – taking orders, upselling, and answering account questions
    • Answering basic questions about humidifier sizing and functionality

    Qualifications

    • Exceptional customer skills, minimum of one year prior call center or retail experience
    • Ability to work effectively as a team member
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Detail oriented and organized
    • Solid computer proficiency and practical knowledge of prevalent software applications including Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
    • Ability to multi-task while handling a high volume of calls
