    Anden offers indoor air quality solutions that controls and conditions the air in the commercial indoor cultivation environment. We’re bringing in new talent and seeking a highly motivated and energetic Regional Sales Manager for our Controlled Environmental Agriculture (CEA) channel in our Northeastern U.S. and the Canadian province of Quebec territory.     Responsibilities

    In the role of Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving revenue objectives through execution of sales penetration process with cultivators, consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and specialty distributors and providing value in the CEA channel as the technical expert in indoor agriculture environment climate control. We will count on you to foster existing customer relationships by providing exceptional sales and service in addition to developing and building new business relations with your territory.

    Qualifications

    • Expert knowledge of indoor agriculture industry, including the particular challenges cultivators face (temperature fluctuations, air movement, relative humidity, pest control), psychometrics (the relationship between temperature, humidity and energy), and the ability to apply the correct indoor environment climate control solutions. Opportunistic.
    • A keen understanding of plant cultivation in a greenhouse environment.
    • Knowledge about crops grown and an understanding of how they are used by and marketed to the consumer.
    • Expert knowledge of Anden product features and benefits and ability to deliver them in positioning statements at the appropriate stage of the sale.
    • Expert knowledge of commercial cultivation regulations.
    • Skilled at competitive conversion.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of the fundamental drivers of the customers’ business.  Ability to work consultively with the customer to help them grow their business.
    • Strong understanding of sales structure, process, channel and strategies.
    • Understanding and experience with 2-step distribution.
    • Ability to travel extensively.
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3-5 years’ work experience in the cultivation industry.
    • Bilingual and fluent in French is beneficial.
