    As the Logistics Manager for Aprilaire, you’re a senior leader accountable for the transformation of our North American network distribution model. You’ll lead logistics for the new Anden product channel, contribute to the design and rollout of our new distribution center in Poynette, Wisconsin, and play a key role in shaping the future of operations for the company.  


    • Developing and executing strategies, objectives and priorities in the logistics area that are aligned with the company business strategies.
    • Global management and performance/cost optimization of all corporate logistics, trade compliance and transportation management of outbound and inbound shipments.


    • Advanced level of experience in Logistics for a global, multi-plant, multi-DC environment. 
    • Detailed working knowledge of logistics system design, customs, regulatory trade requirements, 3PL's, and distribution center operations.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement processes within logistics function.
    • Strong negotiation skills. Proven success in developing and implementing contract negotiations and service agreements.
    • Strong analytical ability, plus working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, Word, and Access.
    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing Operations Management or related field, plus five years relevant, leadership experience.
    • Ambitious, high initiative, and upwardly mobile to a Director of Distribution and Transportation position.
