We are currently seeking an energetic person to join our team as a Customer Service Representative! You will be able to utilize your great eye for details and listening skills to their fullest extent by supporting our HVAC clients and our customers on their dehumidification and humidification needs. 



Your day will include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service by listening to and clarifying the customer's concerns or questions (customers include HVAC contractors/technicians and homeowners)
  • 360 degree problem resolution from clarifying customer's concern and determining the cause of the concern to selecting and explaining the best solution while following up at a later date
  • Processing new orders and providing support on order/tracking status, pricing, post order support, and general product questions
  • Completing error free processing of credits/debits and co-op requests
  • Maintaining knowledge of existing and new products and department procedures by staying current on information
  • Multitasking while on a call or email by documenting transactions into the CRM system
