Position is open to 100% remote work--candidate does not need to live in Madison, WI. 

Responsibilities

Your day will include:

  • Analyze the strategic eCommerce metrics, including return on investment, site merchandising effectiveness, and marketing efficiency, to grow revenue and profitability through increased traffic, conversion, and brand awareness across eCommerce channels
  • Create, build and maintain eCommerce KPI dashboards while identifying relationships and trends, and analyze the impact of tactics
  • Map and monitor the customer journey and funnel analytics across eCommerce channels. Lean into our data to segment our customers based on demographics, location, and behavior and improve our understanding of who our customers are, what they are trying to do, how they engage, and what influences conversion
  • Create, own, and maintain a database on Aprilaire and key competitors’ products sold across eCommerce distribution channels
  • Identify new products and trends, monitor pricing and offers providing actionable insights
  • Plan for the future--research and consider consumer / channel data to project business demand 
  • Gather data and develop statistics on Aprilaire’s eCommerce websites; research and review user activity, metrics and trends to make recommendations to improve websites.
  • Utilize benchmarks against best-in-class sites and provide on-going analysis in support of data-driven decision making to improve user experience
  • Complete ad hoc reporting and analysis, or project support, as requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Experience with Amazon Retail Analytics and eCommerce intelligence, data, and analytics platforms 
  • Certified in Google Analytics, MCSA: BI Reporting, or a similar accreditation required 
  • Hands on experience building RESET APIs with popular BI tools and database management (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.) and advanced MS Office skills
  • Related experience in statistics, data analytics, eCommerce or marketing analytics
  • Proven ability to synthesize and interpret data from multiple sources into a concise, action-oriented summary and recommendation using numbers, charts, graphics, and words.
  • Multitasking specialist who enjoys collaborating with others 
  • Passionate and thrives in the changing world of eCommerce
