We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support and deliver healthy air system solutions to our HVAC clients within a specific territory. You will be able to make an impact on our business's revenue within this territory by leaning into our customers, delivering creative solutions, and contributing to our company's success year over year. 

You will receive: company car, iPad, iPhone, laptop, and all business travel related expenses paid along with guaranteed total compensation plan within your first year!


Your day will include:

  • Consulting with Aprilaire clients to position their businesses for success
  • Providing tailored product and system solutions to HVAC clients
  • Displaying an exceptional degree of accountability for sales by cold calling and collaborating with customers on their needs
  • Working collaboratively with Aprilaire sales teams and managers across the sales department
  • Developing and leading an Annual Operating Plan to support your sales goals and allows you to plan for your month-to-month future
  • Tracking, updating, and reporting metrics on sales progress, activity, and customer accounts
  • Supporting clients and developing long lasting relationships 
  • Updating our CRM (Goldmine) and identifying accounts offering the greatest opportunities

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required 
  • 2 years’ experience or more in progressive sales roles
  • Ability to travel within your territory up to 40%
